It has been our long-time desire to bring the whole North American group of Mother Divine℠ together in one location to create maximum coherence for the USA and the world. Our immediate goal is the construction of a large residential building for this group, many of whom are currently residing in other locations due to lack of sufficient housing in Livingston Manor.

BUILDING PROJECT
We have raised about 85% of the funding needed for the new residence for the Mother Divine Program of North America and are now finalizing all the plans and mechanical systems of the building in preparation for creating construction drawings and getting New York state approvals.
We are working with a modular builder, NY state architect, passive house consultants, baubiologist, general contractor, building engineers, solar power advisors, and project manager.
The current, approximate estimated cost for the new building is $14,000,000. The design includes 48 suites, a large meditation hall, lecture hall, and dining room.
